How to start
- Connect Planning Center. A leader connects Planning Center with OAuth. The login reads a return path and an invite code. It does not take an email address on the URL.
- Publish a sheet. Publish a public signup sheet for one Planning Center Services team. The sheet has a token. Share that link.
- A team member claims a slot. A person who already holds the position signs in with Planning Center, chooses an open slot, and confirms. A position they do not hold is marked as not theirs.
- The claim is written to Services. MinistryOps POSTs a PlanPerson with status C, person_id, team_id, and team_position_name to /services/v2/service_types/{id}/plans/{planId}/team_members on the existing plan. It does not create the service type, the plan, or the team. People who are not on the team can submit an interest request. That request stays in MinistryOps and does not create a PlanPerson. Reminders stay in Planning Center.
