Agreement to Terms

MinistryOps is a product of MinistryOps, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("MinistryOps," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using MinistryOps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

MinistryOps is one plan. A new church gets a 30-day free trial, then $10 per month. No credit card is required to start the trial. A card is required only to continue at $10 per month after the trial. If you do not add a card, the trial expires and nothing is charged. There is no annual plan.

That plan includes:

• Unlimited public signup sheets
• Planning Center team sync
• Interest request management
• A real-time dashboard
• In-app support

Account Registration

To use MinistryOps, you must:

• Have a valid Planning Center Online account
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be authorized to act on behalf of your organization
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
• Misuse children's personal information

Subscription and Billing

Free trial: New organizations receive a 30-day free trial of the plan above. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Billing: After the trial, the plan is $10 per month. An owner or admin can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing > Manage billing. There is no annual plan.

Data and Privacy

Your use of MinistryOps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to use personal data accessed through our service.

Intellectual Property

MinistryOps and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

MinistryOps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
