Who sets up MinistryOps?
A Planning Center admin connects your church first; team members sign in after that.
How does MinistryOps integrate with Planning Center?
MinistryOps connects with Planning Center OAuth. For a published sheet it reads Services teams, positions, and plans. When a team member confirms a slot, MinistryOps writes a PlanPerson back to Services. People who are not on the team can submit an interest request, which stays in MinistryOps and does not create a PlanPerson. Reminders stay in Planning Center.
Who can sign up for a team through the public link?
Only people already on that Planning Center team can claim a position. MinistryOps checks team membership before a role shows as available. People who are not on the team can submit an interest request, which does not create a PlanPerson.
What does the $10/month plan include?
Unlimited public signup sheets, Planning Center team sync, interest request management, a real-time dashboard, and in-app support. One plan at $10/month after the trial. There is no annual plan.
What's included in the free trial?
30-day free trial, then $10/mo. No credit card is required to start the trial. A card is required only to continue at $10/month after the trial. If you do not add a card, the trial expires and nothing is charged.
Who at our church can manage MinistryOps settings?
Whoever first connects Planning Center to create your church's account becomes the owner. From Settings → Team, the owner can promote other team members to admin so more than one person can manage signup sheets and settings.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We never see or store your Planning Center password — all authentication goes through Planning Center's own OAuth system. Data in transit and at rest is encrypted, and access is scoped to your church's own Planning Center organization.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. An owner or admin can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing > Manage billing. There is no annual plan.
